§ 39. Sir G. de Freitasasked the Secretary of State for Industry whether he will receive a deputation from the right hon. Member for Kettering and from the Kettering Borough Council to discuss his refusal to allow Thurbaform Ltd. to build a new factory in Kettering, in view of the fact that the application from Thurbaform states that this does not involve an expansion in the work of the factory and will not necessitate the recruitment of more labour.
