§ 47. Sir G. de Freitasasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will introduce legislation to amend the Caravan Sites Act 1968 so that the last paragraph of Section 12(1) reads:
designate the area of that authority or any part thereof as an area to which section 10 of the Act applies".
