§ Mr. Townsendasked the Secretary of State for the Environment, in view of the delay in announcing a decision on Ringway 3, whether he will expedite the consultations between the Government and the GLC with a view to making an announcement before the Summer Recess.
§ Mr. CarmichaelNo consultations are presently taking place with the GLC on Ringway 3. I would refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Sutton and Cheam (Mr. MacFarlane) on 24th July.
