§ Sir D. Kaberryasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will seek to ascertain how many newly-built unsold private houses have been purchased by the West Yorkshire metropolitan authority since 1st April 1974, or by the separate second-tier authorities in that area.
§ Mr. FreesonApproval has been given to date for the purchase of 21 dwellings within the West Yorkshire Metropolitan County. Further purchases of substantial numbers of dwellings are under consideration.
