§ Mr. HefferThe Commission submitted draft regulations for the regional development fund and proposals for qualifying areas in July and October 1973. Neither prescribes the share of the fund available to the United Kingdom. Since these proposals have not been adopted by the Community it is pointless to speculate what their effect on employment might be.
