HC Deb 31 July 1974 vol 878 cc396-7W
Mr. Wigley

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if it is her intention to review the Health Act 1966 to enable the dependants allowance, which currently ends at the age of 70, to be extended without age limit.

Mr. O'Malley

I regret that I have been unable to identify the allowances which the hon. Member has in mind. But if he is concerned about a particular case and will let me have the details, I shall be glad to look into it.
