§ Mr. William RossThe report in its usual form would have been delayed by industrial and other difficulties this year, and I have arranged instead to issue a statistical report in duplicated form. This will be published today and copies will be placed in the House of Commons Library. It will contain all the statistical information usually published and I am satisfied that it will provide an adequate range of material for assessing the state of public health and the performance of the National Health Service in Scotland in 1973. The statutory report of the Scottish Health Services Council will be published as usual
