§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will take steps to increase the availability of capital financial sanction to local authorities in tourist areas—such as the Arfon and Dwyfor districts—so that locally determined schemes for tourist purposes receive additional resources over and above existing limits.
§ Mr. John MorrisLocally determined schemes allocations are distributed according to a formula agreed with the local 607W authority associations. If local authorities wish to have different distribution formula arrangements it is for them to put their views to their appropriate associations.
