HC Deb 12 July 1974 vol 876 c606W
Mr. Dykes

asked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT the statistics showing the trend of the balance of visible trade with all other countries of the European Economic Community over the four quarters of calendar 1973 compared with the equivalent figures in 1972; and if he will give the parallel statistics for the non-European Economic Community trading countries, in aggregate, for both these years by quarters.

Mr. Deakins

Quarterly estimates of the balance of trade with the EEC are not available on a balance of payments basis. Details of the "crude" balance, i.e. the difference between exports fob and imports cif, are given below:

Development Authority, working in conjunction with the Welsh district councils, to have identified all, or substantially all, the properties in Wales which receive no sewerage service yet are subject to a sewerage rate.

Mr. John Morris

It is too early to say when all the properties in Wales without main drainage will be identified, but I hope that the water authority and the district councils will deal with this with all possible speed.
