§ Mr. Joel BarnettThe 1974–75 Supply Estimates for the Department of Employment provide for increased expenditure on industrial training, including retraining. The Manpower Services Commission, operating through the Training Services Agency, is now responsible to the Secretary of State for Employment for formulating and implementing policies in this field.
