§ Mr. John FraserThe decision taken by the Council of the European Communities on 10th June to enable help to be provided, under Article 4 of the Council Decision of 1st February 1971, from the European Social Fund for certain narrowly defined measures to improve the quality of vocational rehabilitation facilities have already been widely publicised by the Information Office of the Commission for the European Communities in London; and have been discussed at the, International Seminar held in London last week by the British Council for Rehabilitation of the Disabled. I am arranging for the decisions to be discussed in the near future with my National Advisory Council for the Employment of the Disabled and I shall then consider, in consultation with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services, whether any further steps to publicise the decisions are desirable.
