§ Mr. Hall-Davisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if she will make a statement on progress with the consideration of the establishment of minimum care units, where patients with chronic renal failure, who are not suitable for home dialysis, could dialyse with minimal assistance and supervision.
§ Dr. OwenNo special consideration of this matter is taking place on a national basis at present. It is for individual health authorities to decide what type of provision to make for the dialysis of patients with chronic renal failure.
