§ Mr. Gerry FowlerDiscussions on the cessation of initial training of teachers at several colleges are continuing. Although authorities submitted interim reports under Circular 7/73, few final plans have yet been received and the only institution the independent existence of which has been formally approved so far is that resulting from the union of the Crewe and Alsager Colleges.
