§ Mr. Boydenasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what measures he is taking to ensure that supplies of building materials such as cement, bricks and plasterboard, the production of which depends on continuous processes, are maintained in adequate quantities for house building.
§ Mr. EyreArrangements have been made to give continuous supplies of electricity to producers of building materials who operate a continuous process. The Department is in close touch with the industry about the availability of building materials and will give as much guidance and assistance to producers as it can.
