§ Mr. PeytonThe necessary cuts have been implemented on trunk and metropolitan roads in Hillingdon. I have reminded the council of the need in the public interest to conserve energy, a need which is being observed by the overwhelming294W majority of lighting authorities throughout the country. Discussions with the council are continuing.
