asked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many authorised places there are now for carrying out abortions; and if he will list their names and addresses.

On 1st February 1974 there were 57 places in England approved by me for the purposes of Section 1(3) of the Abortion Act 1967 for treatment for the termination of pregnancy. Names and addresses of these nursing homes are as follows:
