§ Mr. McCrindleasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what proportion of deportees exercising their right of appeal against the country of destination named in the deportation order have made use of the United Kingdom Immigration Advisory Service in each of the last two years; what proportion has been unrepresented legally; and what proportion has made use of privately obtained legal representation.
