§ Mr. Rifkindasked the Secretary of State for Trade (1) if he can now say when he proposes that members of the public who lost their holidays booked with Court Line Ltd. should be able to expect to receive their money back;
(2) whether he will now make a statement on the progress of the Government's efforts to ensure the repayment to members of the public who lost money paid to Court Line Ltd.
§ Mr. ShoreThe legislation foreshadowed in the Gracious Speech will, I hope, be introduced early in the new year, making provision for repayment to help those holidaymakers and others travelling abroad by air who lost money this year as a result of the failure of their air travel organiser. It is too early to say when payments will be made.
