§ Mr. Clinton DavisI am writing to the hon. Member explaining the way in which the boundary of the Heathrow noise insulation grant scheme was drawn. The boundary of the scheme is naturally being considered in the current review, among other things, but I cannot prejudge the outcome at this stage.
