§ Mr. MoyleThe utilisation of milk available for manufacture is a matter for the industry and trade to determine. Their current estimate of butter and cheese production in 1974 is 54,000 tons and 201,000 tons respectively. The comparable figures in 1973 were 95,000 tons and 178,000 tons.
