§ Mr. CarmichaelConstruction of the section from the A13, near the Dartford Tunnel to the A12, west of Brentwood, is programmed to start in autumn 1975 and be completed by autumn 1977, subject to the satisfactory completion of the remaining statutory processes and the availability of funds. Proposals for the two sections between the A10, the M1 1 and the A12 were published in November 349W 1973. These sections are not yet in the firm programme and target dates for start of construction cannot, therefore, be given.
