§ Mr. Iremongerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will fix an early date for the local public inquiry into the London borough of Redbridge (Victoria Road, Gants Hill) Compulsory Purchase Order 1973, regarding Nos. 604 and 606 Cranbrook Road, Englewick Properties Limited; and if he will explain the reason for the delay so far.
§ Mr. FreesonAn early revised date for this inquiry will be announced shortly, the council having been unable to meet the original date of 12th March 1974. The delay, apart from the postponement, has been primarily due to the shortage of inspectors to take inquiries.
