§ Mr. Denis HowellThis hearing before a commons commissioner will begin on Tuesday 9th April 1974 at the Guildhall, Winchester. Its length will depend mainly on the evidence submitted and the number of witnesses called, which are unknown factors. Normally commons commissioners communicate their findings to the parties within a month of the close of the hearing.
