§ Mr. Gordon CampbellThe estimates approved by Parliament for 1973–74 provide for a grant in aid to the Highlands and Islands Development Board of £5 million, an increase of £1,165,000 over the revised estimate for 1972–73, and, taking into account estimated receipts of £960,000, mainly from repayment of loans and interests on loans, for gross expenditure of £5,960,000.
