§ Mr. St. John-StevasThe LEA was invited to make a saving in the tender submitted for approval of about £14,600 to comply with cost allowances. The Department did not stipulate how this should be done, but it is understood that the saving was found largely from work outside the building. The gross area per cost place is 34.05 sq. feet.
