§ Mr. ChatawayI am in touch with the producers of newsprint and the newspaper publishers, but since the shortage of newsprint is worldwide and we are heavily dependent on imports the scope for action is limited. In the meantime I understand that the arrangements which have been made to help newspapers in difficulty are working satisfactorily.
