§ Mr. John DaviesWe have been in close touch with the Hong Kong Government about their expectations from the Community's Generalised Preferences Scheme. I have made it clear to the Community that in 1974 we shall be pressing resolutely for further concessions in favour of Hong Kong, including textiles and footwear, in addition to the improvements in the new Community GPS which take effect this year.
§ 27. Mr. Maclennanasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will make an official visit to Hong Kong.
