Mr. Elystan Morgan

asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will arrange for a short précis of the Kilbrandon Report to be published in both English and Welsh setting out the main findings and recommendations relating to Wales.

I refer the hon. Member to the reply given by my right hon. Friend the Lord President of the Council on 20th November.—(Vol. 864, c. 397.] For the same reasons it would not be appropriate for the Government to publish a précis of the findings and recommendations relating to Wales.
