§ Sir G. HoweThe powers of investigation under the Companies Acts are not appropriate to the matters in the hon. Member's Question. The questions of payments in kind and other perquisites to directors and tax-free payments in other countries are matters for the Inland Revenue, which I understand keeps them constantly under review.
