Mr. Chichester-CIarkTwenty-nine full-time chairmen and 76 part-time chairmen have been appointed. Full-time340W chairmen are precluded from practising as members of the English bar, as Scottish advocates or as solicitors. Of the part-time chairmen, 16 are practising members of the English Bar, 16 are practising Scottish advocates and 32 are practising solicitors.
