Mr. Chichester-CIarkI would refer the hon. Member to the answer which I gave to my learned Friend the Member for Hornchurch (Mr. Loveridge) on 27th March 1973. Statistics of the proportion of complaints upheld by tribunals during this period are not yet available. In the first eight months of the period tribunals upheld 29 per cent. of complaints which reached a tribunal hearing. A further 16 per cent. were dismissed as ineligible. -[Vol. 853, c. 268.]
