What has been the total estimated capital investment at 1972 prices in London Airport including runways, terminal buildings, service facilities, cargo terminal, hotels, roads, tunnels et cetera.

LORD DRUMALBYN

Many bodies both public and private have invested at London (Heathrow) and the total value is not known. The total capital investment in assets owned by the British Airports Authority is estimated by the Authority at £133 million at March, 1972, prices.
