§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will conduct a study of hardship suffered in low income areas.
§ Sir K. JosephI have been asked to reply.
The problems of low income families are not confined to low income areas. We have in hand a number of studies concerned with the situation of such 428W families and I would wish to examine the results of these before considering the need for further work which was confined to particular geographical areas.
