§ Mr. Graham PageI am not convinced that the present maximum penalty for felling trees covered by a tree preservation order coupled with the normal statutory obligation to replant is inadequate. However, my right hon. and learned friend would be prepared to consider any relevant evidence which the hon. Member might like to send him.
