(2) what representations he has received from the British Transport Docks Board urging the Government to sponsor 384W made; and how these figures compare with the North and North-West Regions:

a MIDA scheme in South-East Wales; what reply he has given; and if he will make a statement;
(3) what he estimates would be the cost of the MIDA development in South-East Wales proposed by the Welsh Council.
