§ Mr. Shersbyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he will announce plans and starting dates for the construction of the London North Orbital Road between M4 and A41 (M).
§ Mr. SpeedA scheme is now in preparation for the section from M4 to Maple Cross and it is too early to give a date for the start of construction. We hope to let a contract for the length from Maple Cross to Hun/ton Bridge very shortly.
