asked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he has now completed his consideration of the letter from the Urban District Coun- cil of Corby, CEC/WMC/H20.01, dated 20th June 1973, regarding the proposal to postpone the date for beginning the building of the health centre and community hospital in Corby.
