37. Mr. Whitehead

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will now publish the inspector's report into the Allestree section of the A5111 Leeds-Exeter trunk road, following the public inquiry which ended in November 1972, bearing in mind the postponement of this scheme already announced by his Department.

The report will be published when my right hon. Friend is able to announce his decision on the proposals later this year.
