HC Deb 09 July 1973 vol 859 cc268-9W
Mr. Mason

asked the Attorney-General if he will draw the attention of the Royal Commission on Civil Liability and Compensation for Personal Injury to the need to examine specifically the question of liability for slow-maturing dust diseases especially in regard to pneumoconiosis and mineworkers; and if he will make a statement.

The Attorney-General

The terms of reference of the Royal Commission are wide enough to include this subject. It will consider any evidence submitted on dust diseases.
