Members to study and evaluate these reports before any final decision or commitment to the French is made.
§ Mr. PeytonThe full report of the joint studies with all its appendices has been placed in the Library. I have nothing to 109W add to what I said on timing on 15 th June. The economic, financial and cost-benefit studies were based on the costs of the sea ferries, not current fares, so the report of the Monopolies Commission will not affect their results.
