§ Mr. Fryasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list those categories of local government employees who are (a) included and (b) exempt from drivers' regulations under the Transport Act 1968.
§ Mr. PeytonThe regulations apply generally to local government staff employed to drive either goods or passenger vehicles. Driving for police or fire brigade purposes is exempt.
