§ Mr. Chichester-ClarkIn the period from 28th February 1972 to 26th January 1973, the industrial tribunals referred 366 complaints of alleged infringement of rights under Section 5 of the Industrial Relations Act to conciliation officers of my Department. Of these, 88 were settled or withdrawn after conciliation.
