HC Deb 14 February 1973 vol 850 cc348-9W
Sir G. de Freitas

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, before any changes are made in the future organisation of the work of the Ordnance Survey, he will consult users of Ordnance Survey maps such as the Ramblers Association.

Mr. Graham Page

I would refer the right hon. Member to the reply given to a similar question from the hon. Member for Colne Valley (Mr. David Clark) on 5th February 1973. My right hon. and learned Friend proposes to consult the users of publications of the Ordnance Survey from time to time, as appropriate, concerning their requirements but not on questions relating to the organisation of that Department.
