(2) what arrangements he has made with the Greater London Council concerning a greater London rail study.
§ Mr. PeytonTogether with the Greater London Council, the British Railways Board and London Transport I have agreed to set up a study of the future of London's rail services.
The four parties to the study agreed that an independent chairman of great ability and wide experience was needed.
