§ Mr. PeytonSites for long-distance lorry parks in the national network recommended by the report of the176W Working Party on Lorry Parking are being identified by regional study groups on which my Department and other interested parties are represented. Any necessary provision of publicly-owned parks for other lorries is primarily a matter for the local authorities concerned. Both types of park may be sited outside or inside town areas.
