Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Attorney-General whether, in his capacity as Attorney-General for Northern Ireland, he will refer for possible prosecution those concerned in the publication 12W of Loyalist News, 51st edition, volume three, a copy of which has been forwarded to him, having no imprint and containing seditious material inciting to hatred against Her Majesty's forces, the Royal Ulster Constabulary and Her Majesty's Roman Catholic subjects.
§ The Attorney-GeneralI have asked the Director of Public Prosecutions for Northern Ireland to consider whether there are any grounds for instituting criminal proceedings in respect of this publication.
