§ Mr. Clark Hutchisonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what arrangements he has made to enable persons who have views on the various recommendations in the Kilbrandon Report to convey them to the Government.
§ Mr. Gordon CampbellI shall welcome comments from all interested parties or persons on any aspect of the recommendations as they affect Scotland. I should be glad to receive observations soon so that they may be taken fully into account in the Government's consideration of the report.
