§ Mr. Chichester-ClarkThe training of tyre fitters is the responsibility of industry and is generally undertaken by employers in the road transport industry. The shortness and limited amount of skill involved in this training do not appear to warrant the provision of facilities under the Training Opportunities Scheme.
