§ Mr. Elystan Morganasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give full facilities to the Welsh Economic Council to examine the study of the possibilities of a reduced passenger rail network produced by his Department and to make available to the Council the data which they have concerning railway lines in Wales.
