§ Mr. SpeedThe trunk road length of Al3 from Dagenham to Grays/Thurrock will be improved to dual-carriageway standard throughout by 1976. The local authority is responsible for the road beyond Grays/Thurrock and a series of improvements are planned for this section for completion by about the same time.
